We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase from Lola Clavel Atelier. Due to the nature of our work, our return policy varies depending on the type of product purchased. Please review the following guidelines carefully.

🧵 Made-to-Order & Bespoke Items

All made-to-order, custom, and bespoke pieces are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds. Each item is carefully handcrafted to your specifications, and as such, we cannot accept returns based on change of mind or sizing errors.

🛍 Ready-to-Ship Items & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out perfectly — and we want you to feel happy with your purchase. While we do not offer refunds on ready-to-ship items, we’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit under certain conditions.

If you’d like to return a ready-to-ship item for an exchange or store credit, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

  • Tags must still be attached (if applicable).

  • You must email us at contact@lolaclavel.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Please note:

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a store credit or proceed with an exchange, depending on availability.
